"I started with Time Communications in June 2007 as a CSR. I am currently a Senior Rep working full time from Home. We offer a service here at Time Communications that I truly believe can make a difference in someone’s day, and that is important to me. The supervisors and management give you the opportunity to learn and grow by providing the tools and training necessary to expand your knowledge of not only your job itself, but on the company as a whole. The open door policy allows you to speak freely and ask questions, sure that you will get an answer. I appreciate that the standards are set high and that we are encouraged to strive for excellence each and every day. Finally, our Contract for Commitment becomes not just something you do while at work, it becomes who we are in everyday life~ and that makes me a better person all around!" - Tina Hood, Work At Home Representative |

"I enjoy the challenges that Time Communications offers me everyday and continue to grow in my position as a Supervisor and a leader. Knowing that everyday I can help our clients and their customers is a great feeling. Each day brings a new challenge. The best part of the job is the people I work with, from the representatives, to the management; our company is like a family and that makes a great environment to come to and work in everyday." - Jessica Rust, Supervisor |

"Since starting with Time Communications in 2007 I have found a company that not only prides itself in doing what is best for it’s clients but also what is best for the employees that work there. I love working at Time Communications because it is a company where your co-workers start to feel like family, people you can go to when times get hard, people you can laugh and smile with as well as rejoice in times of happiness. You can start to build friendships that go beyond the walls of the office or the voice on the other end of the phone. I really just love that feeling you get when your co-workers become more then just a co-worker but your friends and work becomes fun again.
Time Communications is a company where hard work and dedication are noticed and recognized. I started out as a Customer Service Representative and have worked very hard and overcome many obstacles to be honored to say that I am now a Supervisor. I have learned many things through the different levels of responsibilities I have held at Time Communications and with that a new level of respect for the business and what I do. I can honestly say I never would have imagined that I would find a company that truly cared for its employees and where hard work and dedication would pay off in the long run. I have found a home at Time Communications." - Cassandra Stewart, Supervisor |

"My name is Nissa Pearson and I live in Deer Creek, MN. I will have worked for Time Communications for 7 years this February, 2009. I am one of the dispatchers and I enjoy taking calls and giving out emergency messages.
I was working out of the New York Mills office until a year and a half ago then I went home to work. Working for Time has allowed me the flexibility to set up home and work from there. I enjoy working for Time because of the staff and because the job has a variety of duties." - Nissa Pearson, Work At Home Representative |

"When I started with Time Communications I was new to the cities with a small child and looking for something to get me out of the house now and then. Little did I know I would find a home. After three months as a representative I was given a chance at Supervising which I did for a little over a year. I then tried my hand at programming when we lost our programmer. I spent several years programming and then leading our Client Services team before being offered the position of President a few years ago. I look back now on my years at Time Communications with wonder and awe at where we have come, and where this company has allowed me to come, as well as who this company has helped me to become. Our practice of promoting from within is tested and successful, and one we will always continue. Time Communications is my second family and I appreciate every addition to this family that comes our way." - Trisha Stenberg, President |

"I started with Time Communications in October of 1991 - the year of 'The Great Halloween Snowstorm'. I was hired as the 3-11pm shift supervisor, and worked in one room with 18 stations! In my years at Time I have been in many different positions and am currently the Client Services Manager. It has been an incredible experience to grow with this company, and see it change so dramatically over the years. The people, the technology, and the opportunities Time offers are second to none in my opinion! I appreciate working for a company that makes every effort to promote its people from within. I truly look forward to many more years of exciting changes, technology, and life-long friendships!" - Gregg Chartier, Client Services Manager |
