This program allows us to track a call from the moment it reaches our system until the moment a message is delivered. Our system attaches a serial number to each incoming call. This allows for greatly improved call tracking and frame of reference. It shortens the turnover time on client inquiries and helps us with call evaluations and CSR statistics.
